Fundraising
The Union Elementary School survives on a limited budget. The UES Parent’s Group helps the school and our children by raising additional funds through fund raising efforts. The funds we raise go to help teachers at UES purchase additional supplies, arrange a few additional field trips, and help make up some of the difference where the school budget falls short.

Movie Night. One night in the fall, UES Parents’ Group holds a movie night where kids and parents can watch a movie together in the auditorium. Tickets, popcorn, and some baked items are sold to help raise funds. Baked goods are donated. The event usually overlaps one of the days the Scholastic book fair so students and parents can peruse and make purchases the evening of the movie.
